Pissed off
Okay, guys, lets see. The rules are really really simple and for my works (I remember to everyone that I do it for fun and for give at every fan the possibility to read something they likes) all I ask is DON'T REUPLOAD THEM IN OTHER SITES WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
Do you want upload them on myreadingmanga? OKAY, BUT ASK ME FIRST! In these years I was very gentle with everyone and when someone ask me something I reply and give him permission for re-translation or something like that, time ago I used to upload them on AarinFantasy, I'm not so closed and you can ask me anything. SO I DON'T REALLY KNOW WHY do something like that
For now I won't upload anything for a bit, maybe when I'll calm down or someone will tell me why upload my scanlation without permission. See ya next (maybe)

I'm scanlation group too so I understand your feeling. However, it's really rare that BL manga/dj isn't uploaded in that site. I prefer to share for my follower, but when it is fully scanlated, it will be upload there like there is someone who intentionally do that job. I get used to it now... Please don't let it make you feel down. There is that type of person who want to do something without caring other thing everywhere. Every scanlation group meets this problem.

I'm really love your work and really admire your devotation for replying the ton of messages for password. Thank you for your hard working.

It's more than being rude. It's stealing. You worked hard to translate it, then edit it, and the rules are plain to see. I know people want to share but ask permission and give credit first. I'm sorry about this. Can you report it?
My Pride: Little Love3pride on February 23rd, 2017 01:26 pm (UTC)
No, I can't. Myreadingmaga isn't so fast for some report. But thank you

Its so rude! stealing your work and upload it everywhere? peoples being meanie nowadays!
I know how you feel. That one of the reason why group scanlation getting private about sharing their project.
I love your scans. Please cheer up :(

I'm sorry to hear that!
even more so that your scanlation are easy to access without doing this kind of unnecessary things...

I'm sorry to hear that people have been uploading your work without permission. I don't understand what's so hard about simply asking. I hope that you feel better and decide to continue to share. I love reading your work, and you've earned the respect of most your readers (myself included). I hope whoever it is makes an apology. I look forward to more of your amazing scanlations and you will always have my support and respect. As a creator and distributor myself (different medium), I understand the plight. Best wishes! I love your work!

Who would do that?
bluepain17 on February 20th, 2017 03:06 pm (UTC)
I saw some of your work on that website. I also saw that your name is credited if you look closely at it. I still can't understand why you guys are mad about it if people see your name already. People see your credit, don't make a big deal out of it. Everytime I see a random dj from any website I go i check it out and I always see the person who is credited for that work. The usual people I see are Arigatomina, Caelimane, Makai_Thief, and 3pride(you) and many others. I see your name and I know its you're work and of course its obvious that the person who submitted the work is not there's but I never hear people say the person who submitted the work is their credit. You're not getting paid for you're work, you're contributing or volunteering to the community. If there were more dj's out there for us to find, you wouldn't have to deal with people taking your work and getting mad about it. Keeping it to yourself only causes more grief. No matter where your work is posted, your credit is there for the world to see.

Sorry for the long post. Its just my honest opinion about this issue.

ํYou have a point, but please be mind that every group have a rule. Post someone's work in public that everyone can access is really different from posting in close group. It might benefit but also harm the scanlator group in some ways. If that happen, who will take responsibility. Some group decide to be really close group like Harudaki that new member can't access their work at all, because they don't want any post without permission anymore, and that will be worse for the fan of that DJ/Manga. If anyone want to spread scanlator's work, they should just contact the group. It's a manner.
bluepain17 on February 22nd, 2017 08:19 pm (UTC)
Aren't dj's made public to begin with? The ones I saw from years ago were posted left and right in DJ websites for people to read and yes I do know who scanlated them and yeah pretty much anyone who's anyone knows that fact. So now these scanlators are private and u have to follow rules because nowadays reading them is stealing? What about the new people wanting to read them? Are scanlators going to not trust anyone anymore and keep it to themselves? This is just a sad situation altogether and really its just pointless to argue about about something as trivial as posting a work with a credit to that scanlator at the end of it.

Btw, seeing as I can't get to read any dj on this site plus saying my thoughts on this matter, i guess the scanlator doesn't trust me either just as everyone else who tries to read them. Things have changed now I guess...
Lollitaecstasy816 on February 23rd, 2017 04:28 am (UTC)
I accept the point that new fans can get a chance to see the old DJ with the posting. However, I don't think we argue about the same matter. I would like to say that it's really fine to distribute, if you ask for permission from the scanlator. Please mind that, DJs themselves aren't for distribute freely legally because it's a goods that you must buying. If you distribute them in Japan, there will be serious legal problem. However, we who live outside japan scanlate their work, all of scanlator accept that we do that type of "grey zone" work ourselves. Distribute in close group like you lend you comic to your sisters, it's "quite" fine. But distribute in really open source is like you give a copy to anyone. If scanlators decide to let their work in a small group, the member should accept their decision. If you want anyone who have a same test as you know about work, just reblog or post about the existence of this group to your social network, blog etc. It doesn't the matter of trust, the group trust you enough so far, so they let you read them, but the one who do a thing that the group doesn't allow are breaking trust. I don't want to make a drama in the post, but as both scanlator and reader myself, I really want to share my opinion.

bluepain17 @ I don't think I asked something so hard to do. Do you want share my scanlation in the web? Okay, but I just wanna know you do it. It's simple. It's called education. I don't enter in your home and take some books for leave them in a public library or in another house without ask. This is the point. I used to share my works on Aaarin Fantasy, as you can see I' haven't a closed mind, but FOR EDUCATION I wanna know if some of my works will be share. That's all. Free to think whatever you want about this situation
bluepain17 on February 23rd, 2017 03:45 pm (UTC)
I never shared any work as far as I know. I just wanna read dj's is all and I'm not being dramatic about this issue I was just debating the way the community atmosphere affects reading dj's. Since you mention before about buying dj's and being careful with that as being a "grey area", I can definitely see that in that perspective which makes a lot of sense. Keeping it quiet like in a community will lower the alarm and prevents u from getting caught. Posting the dj's in public can be good in some ways and sometimes bad. if I look at it from that point then you would be right. The trust in a community can be important and you are right. I'll leave it at that then.

Not you in particularly, it was a general conversation. (a "you" generic) But yes, it is the point. That's all
